The promised demonstration of the heralded impartial, totally unbiased and nothing but true legal-decision-producing SCOTTISH JUDICIAL SYSTEM has miserably failed!

While top-Crown witnesses like Mr. Edwin Bollier have been branded liars, fabricators of fairy?tales, linking him to "Zither music", "Ferries Wheel" and "Vienna-Atmosphere", MR. Tony Gauci's testimony was i e. very straight forward used to convict Mr. Megrahi Yet, Gauci was as a witness so unsure about many details, that attentive trial observers have to wonder about the judges' acceptet Gauci-stories.

Here is a man Mr. Megrahi, who has been titled the then-head of Libyan Intelligence, who would not be able to cover his traces and tracks in connection with the alleged Toshiba-radio-bomb??? Much worse yet, according to the verdict´s account, Mr. Megrahi had apparently gone out of his way to make sure that he could. be identified as the perpetrator behind the Lockerbie-drama!

Why did nobody come forward to say that in those days Mr. Megrahi did walk into Mary's Shop in Malta with the Tosbiba-radio-recorder under his arm; - first asking for one-of a kind designer pants to wrap the radio in. Could he then not have said to Tony Gauci that he was not to touch the radio because he had already planted a bomb inside? By the way, Tony Gauci also would have been instructed to make certain that all "Mary-Shop- labels" would survive any explosion in order to then lead forensic experts straight to his shop. He could then have purchased other clothing and the umbrella (on a non-rainy day) to simply make it more convenient for the forensic team to heavily focus on this shop. Mr. Meqrahi could have also explained to Mr. Gauci that he had absolutely no used clothing to use for the. "Stuffing" of the Samsonite suitcase therefore designer brand new, had to be used! And then he could have told Mr. Gauci: you see, this suitcase is now
going to travel all by itself from Malta to Frankfurt, from Frankfurt to Heathrow and then onto PanAm 103.! Please, remember to tell the police who will come to ask you about the discovered "Mary's House"-labels all what I have told you and what you have seen, - describe me well and tell them that you also saw the MEBO-timer having born for the Lockerbie time of the accident! May be he could also have told T. Gauci that he was travelling with a phony passport to lay another clear trace leading to Mr. Megrahi .  All of it so perfecttly convenient for the Lockerbie prosecution and the Crown, /judges that one does have to wonder, if i.e. the Goben?-etter was not produced by the same script-writers!

While I am througoughly aware of the fact that absolutely no intelligence officer-/agent worldwide could pass for a "boy-scout" (neither in activities nor character-trait), I firmly believe that Mr. megrahi is innocent and he has in fact been sacrificed by the prosecution and his defense-team in order to satisfy the emotional and political aspects of this Lockerbie-tragedy! The play-write-ripe productions from Kamp van Zeist in describing and picturing witnesses like Edwin Bollier were merely part of the overall-Lockerbie saga to produce additional fog, in order to further hide the real truth and protect the real perpetrators who were responsible for this henious crime ! Alone the very strange decisions by the defense-teams not to call true and independent experts to deal with some very critical technical details; - or the stopping Mr. megrahi to testify in his own behalf, as well as one of the final defense-motions to simply stop the calling of quite a line of defense witnesses indicate, that a quite political deal had been made long before the verdict arrived; - in fact even before the appearance of the un-famous Goben-letter ! How could the defense, prosecution, the Crown and whatever have agreed upon and informed the public that the issue at hands was such "significance" that a month-long recess was required to coach Syria into releasing documents that would "verify the significant findings"; - when only weeks later the three judges claim in their verdict against Mr Megrahi that they place absolutely no credence into the defense-promoted PFLP-connection-stories ! It now also looks very much as if the PFLP-side-tracking moves had only been introduced to make believe that "the best efforts" had been undertaken to divert the attention from Libya to the another, true perpetrator; - yet well knowing at the same time that this "show" would not stick ! --- May be that this is one reason why Alistair Duff had visited Edwin Bollier in his hotel room at Kamp van Zeist, to assure himself that E. Bollier had no "aces" up his sleeve that could disturb the very expensive PFLP-defense side-tracking stories !

Very prominent technical issues like the "center-of-explosion", the allegedly Togo- and Senegal recovered MST-13 timer stories, the BomBeat Toshiba radio details (white, black, crudely added BobBeat marking, wrong PC-board identification, ..), the MST-13MEBO timer (different-colored fragments allegedly from the same PC-board, manipulation and disfigurement of this evidence, disappearance of original fragment-photograph, ...) very technical questions concerning the AVE 4041 PA-container, its neighbouring containers as well as very significant details concerning the AAIB-shown reconstructed areas of the PanAM-103 freight compartment and the fuselage area where the explosion allegedly ripped the hole.....-all these issues have not been properly treated and answered ! Why ? Who was afraid of the truth ? We can today safely assume that the expected results from independent technical experts for all these subjects would have produced a situation that would have seriously altered the course of the script-prepared outcome of this Lockerbie-trial.

While I am certain that Mr. Megrahi is fully responsible for many other desastrous activities that let him advance to become the chief-Libyan intelligence officer (at least that is what we learned from the prosecution in the Lockerbie trial), I am more than ever convinced that he is innocent of the charges brought forward against him. Everything seems to fit much to conveniently in this "trial of the century" to call for now historic conviction !I wonder if it takes mastery of the legal world, honesty, character, compassion, knowledge of the political "chess"-games", vibrant connections to the western Intelligence-community, wildest imagination-7James Bond attudtudes or simple deal-making experience to so miserably demonstrate the "outstanding Scottish legal system" that we all had been promised to govern the Lockerbie - trial !
Or may be that Scottish legal experts quickly learning from the USA that (according to now-President George Bush) it is better to execute an innocent person than to let a criminal walk free ! And with the Bible under the arm, this seems to indicate that God and Jesus agree to such views ! May be that we rehabilitate such "victims" 50 years from now when they can no longer hear what had been done to them in order to satisfy a vicious audience and a globalizing run for the "New World Order 2000" that very much continously needs such victims like Mr. megrahi, in order to forcibly subdue defiant nations and world-leaders! As the recent Florida election-scandal has proven: if you hold the right connections, are at the right time at the right place, and if honor, honesty, intelligence, compassion, religion and more are mere words to you, you can simply not lose ! Even as we know today that the recount of the "discarded" Florida votes would have given Al Gore an official 48´ 000-lead instead of a less than 2´000 "loss"; - nothing will be changed now. May be that Al Gore should have "re-learned" from the Lockerbie-proceedings and he might be President today ! A full public inquiry into the Lockerbie-tragedy by the UK government (if done more honest and open than what came out of Kamp van Zeist) might still be able to shed some light onto the real perpetrators and the much assumed sonspiracy and cover-ups that finally produced 5the "guilty"-verdict against Mr. Megrahi.

I personally would have preferred to know that TRUE JUSTICE HAS BEEN DONE.
